I went in for an alignment, but they left my steering wheel off-center—forcing me to hold it 30 to 40 degrees right to drive straight. A few days later, when I returned for them to fix it, I waited over three hours with repeated promises of ‘soon,’ or “the alignment guy is on lunch break” only to be told the tech was on something else. I once again explained my situation and said that I wish they would’ve told me upfront how long it would take. They apologized and said they’d send the tech over there right away. Waited another 15 minutes and after nobody showed up, I just left. Disappointed in the lack of transparency and follow-through

Truck and trailer serviced and repaired here at least 5 times, friendly service, great work, never had issue with any repairs. Highly recommend. Services Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change, Service all great services Ibrahim in office always done job He is a great and kind man and a good example for Muslims.

I called this shop on a Friday morning and told them that I had developed a coolant leak around my thermostat housing and that I had already picked up all of the necessary gaskets to make the repair . The gentleman told me that I could come in first thing in the morning or to come in at 3 PM that evening and he would get me in . I expressed to him that I would be there that evening at 3pm. I showed up at 2:45 pm and they had me in the door by 3 PM and immediately started on repairing my tractor . This shop has at least 8 bay doors for repairs to be done and had at least a dozen tractors there being worked on and when I showed up there was an empty bay waiting for me. Within 3 hours the repair was done and I was back on the road !!! The cost of the repair was VERY VERY REASONABLE ! Everyone needs a shop like this in their town !!! Great Job Men !!! Well Done !!! Thank you 🙏
